In a world increasingly defined by stress, uncertainty, and constant digital noise, a remarkable awakening is taking place. More and more people—especially Millennials and Gen Z—are looking beyond traditional routes to spiritual exploration and guidance. They are seeking a deeper connection to themselves, a greater understanding of their life’s purpose, and meaningful ways to navigate an ever-changing world.

Recent studies reveal that eighty-seven percent of Millennials and Gen Z are actively embracing mindfulness, meditation, energy healing, and other spiritual practices. This new generation is not abandoning spirituality—they are redefining it, blending ancient wisdom with modern wellness to create personalized paths toward growth, healing, and self-discovery.

At the forefront of this movement is Phil Stallone, renowned psychic medium, master Reiki practitioner, and spiritual guide. Through his intuitive gifts and compassionate approach, Stallone has helped thousands awaken to new possibilities, gain clarity during life’s most challenging moments, and discover a deeper sense of purpose, connection, and inner peace.

PHM: We’re seeing eighty-seven percent of Millennials and Gen Z engaging in spiritual practices. Why do you think your generation is drawn to this kind of holistic wellness?

Phil Stallone: I believe that conventional forms of worship and spirituality are becoming too rigid for this generation. People are searching for more authentic, personalized ways to connect with the divine—whether that’s through tarot, meditation, energy work, or a blend of different spiritual traditions. The internet has democratized spirituality, allowing Gen Z and Millennials to explore beyond the boundaries of traditional religion. They want a spiritual practice that feels real, that resonates with their individual journey, and that empowers them to find their own connection to something greater.

For example, I was born Christian, raised Jewish and Catholic by my mother, who married a Jew, then I experimented with Wiccan spirituality, explored Buddhism, and became a Freemason. But what’s most important is that my mother is a shaman—she taught me from a young age to develop my psychic and mediumship gifts authentically. Because I’ve walked multiple spiritual roads myself and had a spiritual guide in my mother, I’m able to meet people exactly where they are and help them navigate their own unique spiritual journey without judgment. That’s what this generation craves, and that’s what I provide.

PHM: Phil, you’re a psychic medium and master Reiki practitioner. How do you explain what you do to people who might be skeptical?

PS: Skeptics are actually my favorite people to read because they push me to deliver real, tangible proof through my work. When someone comes in doubtful, I see it as an opportunity to transform their perspective entirely. My readings speak for themselves—the accuracy, the specificity, the life-changing insights I provide. Once people experience what I do firsthand,

the skepticism melts away, and they become true believers. That’s when the real healing begins.

PHM: Your work combines tarot reading, psychic mediumship, and Reiki healing.

How do these three practices work together to create transformation for your clients?

PS: Tarot gives people a physical representation of what they’re currently manifesting in their lives—it’s tangible, visual, and actionable. When it comes to mediumship, I’m able to provide clarity and direct communication from their loved ones, giving them the auditory reconnection they desperately need. And Reiki healing addresses the physical elements of their pain and trauma.

But what’s remarkable is that these practices work together in ways people don’t expect. I’ve been able to use my abilities to predict serious health issues before they manifest—like one client where I saw that both her husband and her mother needed immediate medical attention. They both ended up having treatable but very serious diseases that we caught early because of what I saw. I’ve literally saved lives through this integrated approach.

That’s the power of combining all three modalities.

"So many people are grieving, confused,

or searching for answers after loss, and

I want to give them that sense of relief

and peace by proving that spirit is real

and that their loved ones are still present."

PHM: With your growing platform and your podcast, how are you using your visibility to impact people beyond individual readings?

PS: My mission is to show people that there are multiple pathways to spiritual connection and that spirituality is a very real, legitimate one.

So many people are grieving, confused, or searching for answers after loss, and I want to

be vulnerable and open to spiritual exploration. That foundation gave me the ability to

give them that sense of relief and peace by proving that spirit is real and that their loved ones are still present. It’s my sacred duty and honor to use my platforms—whether that’s through my podcasts, social media, or one-on-one readings—to reach as many people as possible with that message. When someone loses a loved one and I’m able to reconnect them, the transformation is immediate. That’s what drives everything I do.

PHM: What do you want people to know about The Psychic Stallone Podcast that they might not expect?

PS: People often assume that because I work in spirituality and have this growing platform, I’ve always had it all figured out. But the truth is, I’ve survived abuse, neglect, profound pain and violation, and deep trauma. My podcasts aren’t coming from a place of perfection—they’re coming from a place of vulnerability and love.

For years, I was comfortable working behind the camera in film and television, staying hidden. But I made the brave decision to step into the light, to be vulnerable on a public platform, and to share my journey authentically. My viewers and readers will learn so much more when my book comes out next year—that’s where I really dive deep into my story. But right now, I want to be that guiding light, that spark of inspiration for everyone who’s struggled, who’s been broken, who’s lost hope. That’s what The Psychic Stallone Podcast is really about.
