Angelina Cappiello

Editor-in-Chief

Angelina Cappiello is the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Preferred Health Magazine (PHM) — a leading voice in health, wellness, and the art of inspired living. Under her direction, PHM has become known for its in-depth celebrity health features, exclusive physician profiles, and cutting-edge coverage of medical innovations, mental health, and longevity. Driven by her passion for empowering readers, Angelina’s mission is to help audiences make well-informed, life-enhancing choices about their health and wellbeing.

A graduate of St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Angelina launched her reporting career on the heels of one of the most defining moments in modern history — just weeks before 9/11. Immersed in the heart of New York City’s post-tragedy coverage, she chronicled the resilience and heartbreak of a city forever changed. Her reporting brought her face-to-face with key figures including Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly, as well as first responders and survivors whose stories shaped the national conversation. Over the course of her career, she has interviewed an impressive range of public figures from President Bill Clinton and model Heidi Klum to NBA star Marcus Camby and numerous industry leaders.

In 2017, Angelina founded Preferred Health Magazine, quickly cultivating a respected platform among healthcare professionals, media insiders, and wellness enthusiasts alike. Through her keen editorial instincts and powerful industry connections, PHM has become a trusted destination for exclusive, thought-provoking interviews with the world’s most influential voices in health and wellness. Her editorial leadership has brought PHM high-profile conversations with Deepak Chopra, Larry King, Mike Tyson, Fran Drescher, Jewel, Montel Williams, Tamsen Fadal, Leeza Gibbons, Jennifer Beals, Sharon Gless, and many more.

Expanding the brand’s reach, Angelina launched “Talking Points with Preferred Health Magazine”, a podcast that takes listeners behind the scenes of her most compelling interviews. Each episode captures the human side of health — unfiltered, insightful, and authentic — continuing Angelina’s mission to make conversations about wellness both relatable and transformative.

With her blend of journalistic rigor, storytelling vision, and an unwavering commitment to truth and transformation, Angelina Cappiello stands as one of the most dynamic voices in modern health media.
