Angelina Cappiello is the CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Preferred Health Magazine, a nationally recognized publication dedicated to making health aspirational, accessible, and culturally relevant. A true media maven, Angelina has cultivated a dynamic multimedia platform that bridges medicine, celebrity, technology, mental health, and lifestyle—positioning health not simply as information, but as influence.

Her career in journalism began in 2001 with the New York Post, during one of the most pivotal and trying periods in American history. Reporting in the wake of national tragedy shaped her resilience, sharpened her editorial instincts, and deepened her understanding of the responsibility that comes with storytelling. Those formative years instilled in her a commitment to accuracy, impact, and humanity—principles that continue to define her leadership today.

Under her direction, Preferred Health Magazine has become a respected voice in modern wellness media, featuring renowned physicians, biohackers, innovators, thought leaders, and celebrities. Angelina’s ability to identify compelling narratives and amplify influential voices has positioned the brand as both trusted and forward-thinking.

She has represented Preferred Health Magazine across major media platforms, speaking on mental health, nutrition, and integrative wellness. Her appearances include segments on WPIX-TV (PIX11), iHeartRadio, and WABC (770 AM), as well as numerous podcast programs. Through these outlets, she continues to elevate critical health conversations to broader audiences.

Currently, Angelina is working on a memoir centered on resilience, reinvention, and purpose—crafted especially to uplift and empower single mothers striving to build meaningful lives while raising confident, capable children. Her message is clear: circumstances may challenge you, but they do not define you.

As a rising keynote speaker, Angelina passionately addresses audiences on the topics of confidence and self-esteem. Drawing from her professional achievements and personal journey, she inspires women to own their voice, strengthen their self-worth, and step boldly into leadership.  Angelina Cappiello continues to expand her influence as a publisher, storyteller, and speaker—building platforms that do more than inform. They transform.
